Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation Fee
A 25% fee of the agreed service cost will be retained for any cancellation, regardless of reason. This covers administrative and setup efforts.
On-Premise Services

Minimum 24-hour notice is required.

Failure to notify results in a $25 fee added to the next invoice.
Subscription Services

No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

Cancellations received after that will take effect in the following month.
